Order processing instructions
Orders are divided into local orders and non local orders
Leicester for local orders (please look forward to more local orders)
Local orders will be placed before 17:30 every day, which will be concentrated in 19:00-20:30 and distributed by its own logistics.
In addition to the above Leicester area, the third party logistics distribution is adopted, and the frozen goods order is not supported for the time being.
Order processing:
Korean supermarket orders delivery weekdays are Monday to Friday (except holidays). We need 1 to 2 working days to process and send your order. During the order peak period, we may need an additional 5 working days to process your order.
This site will send the products to your designated delivery address through the third party. All the delivery time listed on this website is the reference time. The calculation of the reference time is estimated based on the inventory status, normal processing, delivery time and delivery location.
Please fill in your real name, delivery address and contact information clearly and accurately.
If the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, our website will not be responsible for the delay in delivery:
1. If the products in your order are out of stock, the delivery of your order may be delayed.
2. The customer provides error information and not detailed address.
3. The delivery of goods is not signed, resulting in the cost of repeated distribution and related consequences.
4. Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
Shortage handling:
If there is a shortage of products in your order, hanpin may temporarily cancel your order or cancel the products out of stock in the order. The customer service staff will send a prompt email and refund the price difference.
Sales tax:
Sales tax will be added to the goods you buy.
Verify delivery:
Please be sure to check your order information when confirming the order -- name, receiving address (postcode, city, country), billing address, etc. If your order information is wrong, it will delay the progress of your order. Hope you can contact Korean customer service in time.
Tracking orders:
Please login your Korean product account to check the order status.
Distribution
Due to the wrong address, the delivery company can't contact the consignee, and the consignee refuses to receive the package. Chenyang will refund the returned package after receiving it. The returned package can't be re mailed. If the customer wants to re mail, he needs to place a new order in hanpin.
Special note:
1. If you change the address before the order is delivered, Korean products will not charge you to change the address.
2. Change the receiving address in the process of order delivery, Korean products can help customers to modify the address, but express will charge customers additional modification fees.
3. The maximum quota of order mailing weight is 30 pounds. Korean products have the right to cancel the order or charge additional mailing fee if the order exceeds 30 pounds.
4. We are very sorry that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box and a.p.o. box addresses. All orders with incorrect addresses will be cancelled or returned automatically.
